1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the use of the CRWND mobile application, published by U2GE.

3. Access to the service
The app is free and available to anyone with an internet connection and a compatible device (iOS 15+ or Android 10+). Registration requires a valid email address, a secure password, and acceptance of these Terms.
4. Service description
CRWND allows users to catalog their cap collection, share photos and posts, rate other users' caps, discover cap shops, and exchange via private messaging.
5. Account
Users must be at least 13 years old (16 in some EU countries). Information provided must be accurate. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their password. Only one account per person is allowed.
6. User content
Users retain ownership of their content (photos, texts). By publishing on CRWND, users grant U2GE a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote this content within the service. Prohibited content: • Illegal, defamatory, or hateful content • Content infringing third-party rights • Spam or unauthorized advertising • Sexual or violent content
7. Intellectual property
CRWND, its logo, design, and features are the property of U2GE. Sports team and brand logos (New Era, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
8. Moderation
U2GE reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, suspend or delete any non-compliant account, and report illegal content to authorities.
9. Liability
U2GE cannot be held liable for content published by users, transactions between users, or service interruptions.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
U2GE may modify these Terms. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Lyon.
